Not satisfied with your order?
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return your items. The items must be in good condition and include all original attached labels.

What are the return conditions?

The items must be returned in the same condition as received, undamaged (no makeup stains, sweat, and/or perfume odors).

Items that have been personalized or altered cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

The item must not have been worn or washed.

You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the purchase. For all returns submitted after the 14-day return period, we reserve the right to issue a refund in the form of an Irmanha Store Credit.

If you return your order by post, it may take up to 10 days for the package to arrive at our warehouse. If more than 14 days have passed and your return has not yet been registered, please contact our customer service team.
